FAQ
Will the Pokemon come with a MonForge Name?
No, the Pokémon from our website will not come with a website nickname, such as "MonForge.com" or "MonForge.net." They will retain their original name and will not have a nickname unless specifically requested by the customer.
How do I receive my order?
After making an order. You will need to log in while on the MonForge Website. Head to the Orders section. Click on the order to view its details. Then click "Start Trade".
Follow the intrucitons and use the trade link code provided to search for the bot and trade you order. This is done within the Poke Portal under "Link Trade".
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders are now automatically fulfilled with our automated trading system. Orders can be fulfilled within minutes after making a purchase.
What level will the pokemon come?
Every Pokemon Product page has a MonForge build on it. If no level is specified, this means the Pokemon will come level 100. Otherwise there will be a level specified within the build.
How do I order and send Custom Pokemon Builds to MonForge?
Our automated trade system is currently not set up to accept custom pokemon builds. If you are really wanting a custom build. Please message the website chat requesting a custom build. These orders will be organized separately.
